Do You Need a Surveyor?

Chances are, the answer is yes! Whether you're in the market for a new home, selling the one you already have or are just looking to build a new fence on your property, you likely need a professional land surveyor. Click here to learn more about what a land surveyor can do you for you.

Think You Could Be A Surveyor?

Surveying is a career field that can take you any number of places -- forestry, geology, real estate, construction, history and the list goes on and on! If you have an interest in any of these things and aren't afraid of a little math, surveying just might be the career path for you. Click here for more information.

What can WVSPS do for you?

WVSPS keeps us informed on legislative actions that effect our profession and way of life. Sometimes the ramifications are positive, sometimes negative. This gives us ample opportunity to circle the wagons, contact our respective representatives and hopefully influence a good outcome for land surveying in our great state.

Networking, to use a cliched word. Interacting with other surveyors statewide, and at the local level. Local chapter meetings can be a great way to find out what is going on, compare notes, and share information.

It’s a great place to get good, honest, down-to-earth answers on how to solve professional surveying problems.
