WVSPS Convention Early Bird Deadline Reminder

The 2016 WVSPS Convention is right around the corner! The Early Bird Deadline for registration is Monday, January 25! Registration is currently $385 for members ($520 for non-members). Rates will increase to $425 for members and $560 for non-member registration after the deadline. Be sure to register before this deadline to receive the reduced rate.

You can register online at www.wvspsconvention.org or if you prefer to fill out a hard copy, you can download it here. Hard copy registrations must be received in our office by February 10th. Be sure to mail your form to 1404 1/2 Adams Avenue, Huntington, WV 25704.

The WVSPS convention room rate is $80.10 ($89.10 for double occupancy) per night at the Flatwoods Days Hotel and Conference Center from February 18-20. If you book your room after February 8, the hotel cannot guarantee a room for you, so be sure to book your hotel room early! Reservations may be made at the hotel by calling 1-866-700-7284.
