Join the WVSPS Fall SymposiumThis October!

The West Virginia Society of Professional Surveyors cordially invites you to participate and contribute as a vendor and/or sponsor for our 2023 fall symposium, to be held at the Doubletree Hotel in Huntington, WV on October 5-6, 2023. We are excited to offer exhibit space to commercial, non-profit and academic exhibitors in surveying sciences and technology. The WVSPS Fall Symposium is a perfect place to display educational products and services and engage with attendees from around the region, not just West Virginia.

Our theme is focused on “Mapping the Future for the Surveying Profession” and we are actively seeking participation from companies, educational institutions, and industry leaders to come together and address the challenges faced by our profession. We look forward to meeting our much-valued previous exhibitors again, as well as welcoming our first-time exhibitors. If you have never joined a WVSPS event before, now is the perfect opportunity!

With a minimal set-up fee of only $250, you will have the opportunity to showcase your offerings at a display booth and deliver a one-hour presentation on the topic of your choosing. We encourage you to share insights on how your company is combating the profession’s continual decline, how your university is attracting more students, and for those providing surveying equipment, a chance to discuss your hardware and software solutions.
