The Eastern Panhandle Chapter of WVSPS will be hosting their annual seminar on Friday, July 19, 2019 at the Holiday Inn in Martinsburg, West Virginia. This year’s seminar, “Unmanned Aircraft Systems, Buried Treasure & Unsung Hero,” will address Ground Penetrating Radar, UAS and surveys across America by the state line boundary retracement specialist Samuel Stinson Gannett. Presented by Joseph D. Fenicle, PS of the Office of the Fulton County Engineers, this day-long seminar will be offering 8 PDHs.
