WVSPS is pleased to welcome Kris Kline, professional surveyor of over 40 years and President of 2 Point, Inc., as a presenter during the 58th Annual WVSPS Convention at the Oglebay Resort in Wheeling, WV.
He is presenting two separate seminars in six sessions (12 hours total):

Kristopher M. Kline has worked in the surveying profession since graduating from Bridgewater College in 1984. Licensed in North Carolina since 1991, he is a graduate of the N.C.S.S. Institute and a former chair of its Education Committee.
Since 2001, he has taught continuing education courses on the legal aspects of boundary retracement, presenting nationwide on adverse possession, unwritten rights, riparian law, mineral rights, and courtroom preparation.
Kris writes the “Unmistakable Marks” column for Point of Beginning and is the author of multiple books on boundary law, including Rooted in Stone and Riparian Boundaries and Rights of Navigation.
