#WVSPS26 Featured Speaker – Tim Kinder
WVSPS is pleased to welcome Tim Kinder, accomplished Surveyor of 30 years and Design Survey Manager at Kiewit Infrastructure Engineering, as a presenter during the WVSPS 2026 Annual Conference at the Oglebay Resort in Wheeling, WV.
He will present two seminars:

Timothy Kinder is an accomplished Surveyor with more than 30 years of surveying experience. His expertise spans a wide range of surveying disciplines, including GPS control, boundary, topographic and utility surveys, transportation surveys, civil and heavy highway construction staking, building layout, Mobile LiDAR and 3D scanning data collection, analysis, and processing. He excels in point cloud registration, 3D mesh creation and modeling, as well as subdivision and land development planning.
Currently, as a Design Survey Manager, Kinder coordinates with third-party survey vendors for all design-level survey control and base mapping needed for construction projects ranging from $50M to $4B. His projects are all over the United States, Canada, Mexico, and the US Virgin Islands.
